What is an AI dance video?
An AI dance video turns a still photo into a clip of that person dancing. The dance templates going round TikTok and Reels this October put you on a stage you have never been on: a club with red lights and a crowd filming on their phones, or the middle of a house party.
This one has three shots, cut on the beat. A wide shot of you dancing on the stage, a medium shot of a spin and a sharp freeze (or, with two photos, the two of you dancing in sync), and a close-up of the final pose as you point at the camera and the phone flashes go off.
Your face comes from your photo and stays the same in every shot, and you dance in the clothes you are wearing in it. The crowd stays a soft-focus background. Which dance moves does it do?
Hip-hop moves on the club stage (arm waves, a body roll, quick footwork) and a looser freestyle at the house party, both with a spin, a freeze and a final point at the camera. For other dances, try the gas station dance or the couple slow dance.
How is this different from a dance template in CapCut?
